According to the National Weather Service, calmer winds and clear blue skies are waiting for your Wednesday. Get on the mountain early to enjoy the freshly groomed runs including recently opened Exhibition.
It’s a great week to try Night Skiing. Night Skiing is currently complementary with the purchase of your day lift pass. Ski or Ride under the stars while you admire the amazing sunsets.
The lifts that will be open on Saturday will be; Chile Express, Lift 1, Lift 2, Ski School Carpet, Tubing Hill Carpet.
After we button up Heading Home, we will move to Highway and Hallelujah on snowmaking system A. At the same time, we will continue on system B to work on Exhibition and finish out the adult ski school yard also padding different areas on the front. I wanted to let everyone know where we are currently at with mountain terrain. Tonight the snowmakers will be finishing up Highway and will be moving guns down to Hallelujah. We cannot commit on a date yet for the back, but feel that a good target date should be the 27th as long as everything goes as planned (temperature, wind etc.). As far as Exhibition, we are confident that we can get 2 cat widths in for the Christmas eve torchlight parade and within the next day or so have close to half of Exhibition open for guests. I will keep you posted as we are able to make reportable progress.
